Vernak was created by a former builder who gained a true love for drafting/design/modeling. He created this company to assist builders, architects, real estate agents, and homeowners in the design process, as well as creation of construction documents for builders and architects, and the provision of 3D models for all parties involved.

Vernak was created to serve architects, builders, and homeowners better with the collaborative design process that is so vital to a quality project. It is our mission to create visuals to meet the client’s or builder’s needs when it comes to visualization, details and sales documents. For Architects, we can solve any of your modeling, workload, or drafting needs. Builders can use it to visualize a future renovation in 3D detail for their clients, or sell a new construction home or lot based on a schematic (or actual) visualization of the product they are selling.
